Megan was super responsive throughout the process and was easy to work with while always being very professional. We liked the fact that when we initially meet her (at 2 different open houses while we were on vacation down there) she was not a pushy sales person but was very factual and seemed to know the market well. This was confirmed by other realtors when we went to other open houses before we signed with her. We really appreciated her open and honest opinions and or /- of certain houses, features and or areas we looked at. We trusted her enough to allow her to do the inspection walk through for us so that we did not have to make a special trip down to do that. She was a joy to work with!

I met Meg at a women's networking event. We had interviewed 3 other realtors for our home listing - but didn't click with any of them. My husband and I brought Meg over and we were impressed and signed a listing contract that day. She helped me decide how to stage with my own furniture, brought the photographer in, and really handled everything we needed, including managing my stress. She was there for me from staging, decluttering, listing, open houses, showings and selling negotiations. We also appreciated the scope of the company she works for that helped with negotiations, marketing and getting the listing in front of the right eyes. We were under contract in 56 days, with a quick 30 day closing. She was there the entire way and when we are ready, we will count on her to help us look for our new home. Would highly recommend and I appreciate her professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to get things done with the support of her team and John R Woods. I have referred her to everyone I know!

We worked with Meg Titcomb for two years to find the perfect condo for us. We are from out of state and came to Florida on two occasions and looked at multiple condos. Meg was very accommodating! At times we were discouraged, but Meg said, "Your condo is out there." When we were out of state, Meg would send daily emails with any new properties that came on the market. Again, always available to us, she scheduled many virtual tours for any condo we were interested in seeing. When we finally found "our condo", she continued to touch base with us, answer any questions and help guide us through the process. Her responses and replies were always prompt. Meg is a hard worker and the epitome of professionalism. Lastly, Meg also recommended contractors for us and made herself available to meet with them when they came for estimates. Meg Titcomb is an excellent realtor. She's always available when I have questions. She never ignored our concerns. She even opened her shoulders to cry on when I had issues with lender.
